  • We loved the car - it was in tip-top condition, very clean. The gear was amazing! We do a lot of camping in Australia and loved it so much that we took pictures of so many things to buy for ourselves at home.   • We’ve had a great trip around Queenstown with a Jimny from Explore Rentals. In a week we traveled from Aoraki / Mount Cook to Milford Sound. Driving around in a Jimny was lots of fun. We’ve took the camping equipment addition. So staying at campsites was pretty easy and comfortable in a rooftop tent. There was everything needed for cooking, like cutlery, dishes, gas stove provided with the car. And for sleeping there was a spacious tent with comfy bedding. On top of that we’ve had a tasty coffee every morning, that we’ve made with a provided Aeropress. The communication with Explore Rentals was quick and clear and the overall process of booking and rental was smooth and easy. Thanks for a great vacation!

  • I had 3 nights away to Fiordland in the Jimny. It was an amazing, well presented, and reliable vehicle. Clear instructions were provided to help set up the rooftop tent, which was a bonus. I added on the camping package, which came in so handy! Also, the communication with the owner was consistent and welcoming. Overall, I rate Explore Rentals a 10/10 and will be a returning customer!
